Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Products marked as “final sale.”
  • Gift cards.
  • Items on discount

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Pack the items securely and send them back to us using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Returned items show signs of wear or damage not caused by us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
